10-A-DAY PROGRAM
10-A-Day is the communications and personal development program for kids. Our goal is to help promote healthy, active lifestyle choices for children. We show kids how they can be healthy, just by being active at least 10 minutes a day, doing all types of fun and educational activities.
10-A-Day is a program that consists of classes on improving both written and verbal communication skills. We also offer personal development training and resources in various life skills such as public speaking, time management, leadership, health and fitness, basic nutrition , and family values.
