Youth Club Meeting

Talk About Giving...

Donating to the club is a great way to support young people in your community and help them develop the skills they need to succeed in school, work, and life.

The members learn various forms of communication. This includes using their voice to add meaning and interest to their speech, as well as using their body with gestures, making facial expressions, maintaining eye contact, and interacting with the audience. We help our members to become better speakers, listeners, leaders, and communicate more effectively.

The program will help improve the members’ ability to give presentations, debates, impromptu, extemporaneous speaking; while expanding their vocabulary, reading comprehension, creative writing, and critical thinking skills.

Our members also learn the appropriate use of common English language vernacular, such as words and phrases that are commonly used, but have been universally condemned as classic mistakes.

We provide helpful, effective feedback and constructive evaluations in a mutually supportive, positive learning environment, necessary for members to learn and grow.

Meetings are held monthly on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays beginning at 10:00 a.m.
