Program
Overview
10-A-Day Speaks Gavel Club has 10 speech projects that help members develop speaking skills one step at a time. Each speech is designed to improve a different aspect of their communication skills and public speaking ability. The members learn various forms of communication. This includes using their voice to add meaning and interest to their speech, as well as using their body with gestures, making facial expressions, maintaining eye contact, and interacting with the audience.

The program will help improve the members' ability to give presentations, debates, impromptu, extemporaneous speaking; while expanding their vocabulary, reading comprehension, creative writing, and critical thinking skills.
Leadership Program

Members who meet the requirements of our Leadership Program are mentored by the Club Counselor as well as subject matter experts. We also invite professional motivational speakers, community leaders, and educational professionals who provide guidance, support, personal development, and training in their academic studies, college preparation, and professional career choices.

They are given the opportunity to speak at schools, colleges, businesses, local events, and charity foundations. Internship and academic scholarship opportunities are also available.
Speaking of Giving..
Donating to a 10-A-Day Speaks Gavel club is a great way to invest in the future of our youth. These clubs provide kids with a safe and supportive environment to develop their communication and leadership skills. By donating, you can help kids learn how to speak confidently in public, listen effectively, and think critically. These skills will benefit them in all areas of their lives, from school to work to their personal relationships.
