The students learn valuable life skills such as:

Establish, maintain, and balance checking and savings accounts

Individual and panel job interviewing skills

Hosting/Facilitating Meetings

Giving and receiving positive feedback and constructive evaluations

Students evaluate one another allowing them to learn conflict resolutions

Time management and the .30 second elevator pitch

Respecting parents, and communicating with law enforcement, government officials, and educational leaders.

FINANCIAL LITERACY
We train the students on financial literacy which includes but is not limited to:

Real Estate: buying/selling/investing

Filing Income taxes/rules for teens and college students

Learning about investments

Building and establishing credit
DEBATE
Debate centers on a proposition of value, controversial topics, the school year's topic, published materials, news headlines, or congressional legislation that they feel will better the society in which we live. The students engage in policy, public forums, educational issues, legislative, and political debates. They also discuss specific matters such as social media, bullying obesity, immigration, foreign aid, discrimination, police brutality, drug/alcohol abuse, peer pressure, and a wide range of topics.
